If You Cook Only One Thing This Week
Hello and how are ya? Coming to you today from a New York City snowy wonderland!
I’m heading back down to New Orleans in a week (weather permitting!) and plan to cook up one of my favorite new recipes, my Creole White Bean Chicken Chili. Perfect over rice with your favorite hot sauce. Also this week we got a calorie-countin’ 1965 recipe for festive veal chops, PLUS it’s banana bread day!
What a lineup. Turn up the heat, and let’s all eat! — Brian Theis
